What is a Bicycle Obstacle Course?

Our Bicycle Obstacle Course is a collection of obstacle stations like ramps, bridges, small wooden structures and pylons that our students will learn to navigate with their bikes. The course stations are distributed throughout Conrose Field and are suitable for all ages. Riders will need to bring their own bicycle and helmet to participate.

Ride East

Charles Sutton, owner of Ride East Mountain Biking Instruction and Guiding, is creating the course and will be on hand to help out our budding MTBers.

How much does it cost?

Participation is by donation. All proceeds from this fundraiser will go directly to the Green Space Committee to purchase playground equipment for the new school.

Where is it?

This event will be held in Conrose Park (Horsefields) – Google Map

What Should We Bring?

To participate, all students will need:

  • bicycle and helmet
  • water bottle
  • responsible guardian

Sounds Great! How Do we Sign Up?

A permission/donation form will be sent home with your child or you can download a copy here:

Bicycle Obstacle Course Permission and Donation Form.

Please complete the form and return it, along with your donation, to the school. Cheques may be made out to LMST Home & School. (Forms will also be available on-site.)

What if it Rains?

If it rains, we will postpone to another weekend - same time, same location.
